Toxic Gas Cleaning and Scrubbing

    The gases emanating from Process Plants, Biogas Plants and Vacuum pumping systems carry certain toxic constituents like Hydrogen Fluoride (HF), Hydrogen Sulphide, Hydrogen Chloride, Oxides of Nitrogen, and Oxides of Sulphur etc. along with the air. These gaseous emissions are highly polluted and should be scientifically and systematically scrubbed before venting into the atmosphere.

    In the two stage scrubbing system of Envirex, a Venturi scrubber which employs water as a scrubbing agent is coupled with the main packed column unit so as to enhance the process thereby reducing the chemical consumption. Venturi system ensures that particulates are removed, even down to sub-micron sizes. Packed Tower Scrubbers provide efficient contact and hence improved gas absorption.

    A comprehensive package for all industrial problems consisting of optional packages such as ESP/ Bag Filter/ Cyclones/ Scrubber etc. With specialized know how, we are capable of removing the particulates to the sub micron level.
